Today in the Christian church they have a quick-sale gospel. Accept Jesus into your heart, and you are saved. Eternal security.
Much of what Paul wrote in the New Testament can be used to infer that this is the gospel.
However, the gospel that Jesus taught had a little more juice to it.
A trend in the Christian world is to teach that there was a NEW gospel when the gospel went to the Gentiles, that the gospel to the Jews is the one that had the commandments.
Smart– but not actually smart– Christians say that Mathew to Acts 10 is the gospel to the Jews, and that Acts 10 to Hebrews is the Gentile gospel, and that Hebrews to Revelation is irrelevant to us, but pertains to the Jews when the gospel goes back to them after the “grace age”.
That is how they justify their watered down version of what Christ taught.
“Christ was speaking to the Jews! That’s why he gave them commandments! Those commandments aren’t for us, the Gentiles!”
This is how they are able to justify the fact that they aren’t doing what the church in Acts 2 did.
If you are going to follow Christ, you have to live the law of consecration as recorded by the early apostles who had all things in common.
The reason Hebrews talks about priesthood/ordinances, and James talks about works, is not because those books are for the Jews! They are to be used in conjunction with what Paul taught in Corinthians to Philemon.
There is only one gospel.
Christians who recognize the contradictory nature of their beliefs have now devised a complex stance on why they stick with their fake-christian creed.
Instead of accepting the truth of ALL of God’s word, they bend over backwards defending the false traditions of their fathers.

He is just one of many that teaches this take on the Christian view of dispensations.
Christians confounded by the discrepancy between God’s word and what their pastor says are able to watch these videos and feel confident that they are on the right path, that they are part of the bride of Christ/the church.
Robert Breaker says, in a nut-shell: If you’re going to follow Jesus Christ as contained in the four gospels, you need to sell everything you have and give to the poor! That’s the gospel that was given to the Jews. You have to live in a little commune and live communism. Good for you, we live in a “grace age” in which all we need to do is have faith.
Many “smart” Christians believe that we are not under the ministry of Jesus Christ, but under the ministry of Paul.
Jesus’ ministry was to the Jews; Paul’s was to the Gentiles.
Therefore, thinking themselves to be Gentiles, they believe the words of Paul take precedence over what Christ said.
They do this, instead of accepting the cold, hard truth that the true apostolic church is not on the earth.
It is easy to debunk the idiocy of such theories.
In fact, all it takes is one scripture:
Mathew 28:
19 ¶ Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Jesus was making it clear that the apostles were to teach ALL NATIONS. It took Peter a little bit of time to figure it out, but their mandate to preach the gospel was not exclusive to the Jews.
Their mandate included baptism, and to observe all the things that Christ had commanded the apostles.
Christians don’t believe that baptism is necessary for salvation.
Utter nonsense.
But why the confusion?
Just as Mormons have completely misunderstood dispensations, Christians have done the same.
Instead of debunking the stupidity of Christians like Robert Breaker, I want to talk about WHY there is the confusion.
Things get confusing in the Book of Acts.
After the day of Pentecost, in which the church received the fulness of the priesthood/baptism of fire, they implemented the law of consecration. As missionaries, their message was, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” (Acts 2:38)
Acts 8 explains that receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost was contingent upon baptism and the ordinance of the laying on of hands:
15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
I believe that after receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, the recipient can then prove themselves and go on to receive a baptism of fire, which is the fulness of the priesthood.
Receiving a baptism of fire is only through the Lord.
Yet servants with priesthood authority must administer the ordinances.
In Acts 10, something interesting happens.
The gospel has now gone to the Gentiles.
See what happens…
Acts 10:
44 ¶ While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord
The reason that the Jewish believers were so astonished, was because the Gentiles received the gift of the Holy Ghost without having been baptized and had the laying on of hands.
Christians take this to mean that the Gentile gospel is different than the gospel to the Jews. Gentiles can receive the gift of the Holy Ghost without any ordinances; therefore, the commandments given by the Lord are not for Gentiles. Gentiles are saved by grace through faith.
This is erroneous.
Understanding this marvelous event is unlocked by the parable of the prodigal son.
The Gentiles / Kingdom of Israel = prodigal son
The Jews / Kingdom of Judah = the younger son
When the prodigal son returns, his father doesn’t wait to give him his gifts and blessings. He runs to where his son is– “a great way off”– and gives him a robe, ring and shoes, before the prodigal son has even made it home/entered through the gate.
This is why I believe Christians (Gentiles) are sometimes more inspired than Mormons (Jews).
The Lord is blessing them with the gift of the Holy Ghost without even ever having the ordinances of the gospel.
If Mormons were experiencing a baptism of fire, the LDS church would be a hundred times better than any Christian church…but the ordinances of the gospel are not being utilized and the fulness is not being lived.
Once the next dispensation opens back up again, there will be servants to establish the new and everlasting covenant. The endowment of the Holy Ghost will return to the earth.
This is not contrary to Paul’s statements of being saved through grace by faith.
This is the fulness of the gospel which is contained in the Book of Mormon. “By grace we are saved, after all we can do.”
“Since it has been all that we could do to repent of all our sins.” (Alma 24:11)
Repenting is the only thing we can do. It’s through the grace of God that a servant may provide unto us the saving ordinance.

the marvelous work 
I am going to use the comments here to explain something that has just clicked for me. Watcher has continually taught the need for servants to return as part of the great and marvelous work of the third watch. For the first time, I realize why Christ made the correction to the Nephite scripture record related to Samuel’s prophecy. He did it for US, so we will believe it when it happens again…
“Verily, I say unto you, I commanded my servant Samuel, the Lamanite, that he should testify unto this people, that at the day that the Father should glorify his name in me that there were many saints who should arise from the dead, and should appear unto many, and should minister unto them. And he said unto them: Was it not so? And his disciples answered him and said: Yea, Lord, Samuel did prophesy according to thy words, and they were all fulfilled.” (3Nephi 23:9-10)
Going back to Samuel’s prophecy, we get a sense of what was happening when the saints appeared from the grave. The verse describing their appearance is sandwiched between tempests, earthquakes, thunder/lightning, and darkness. (Helaman 14:21-27). We then read,
“And the angel said unto me that many shall see greater things than these, to the intent that they might believe that these signs and these wonders should come to pass upon all the face of this land, to the intent that there should be no cause for unbelief among the children of men — and this to the intent that whosoever will believe might be saved and that whosoever will not believe, a righteous judgment might come upon them; and also if they are condemned they bring upon themselves their own condemnation.”
The record shows that those who survived the destruction were very quickly brought into the Promised Land Zion, in contrast to the lack of success had by most missionaries prior to Christ’s return. In the Old World, the same thing happened. (Matt 27:52-53)
Bouncing back to 1Nephi14, verse 7 tells us:
“For the time cometh, saith the Lamb of God, that I will work a great and marvelous work among the children of men; a work which shall be everlasting, either on the one hand or on the other — either to the convincing them of peace and eternal life, or unto the deliverance of them to the hardness of their hearts and the blindness of their minds unto their being brought down into captivity, and also into destruction, both temporally and spiritually, according to the captivity of the devil, of which I have spoken.”
The next few verses describe the great and abominable church and the wars and rumors of war among the nations that belong to it. Then verse 17 gives us the key to the return of the servants:
“And WHEN THE DAY COMETH that the wrath of God is poured out upon the mother of harlots, which is the great and abominable church of all the earth, whose founder is the devil, then, AT THAT DAY, the work of the Father shall commence in preparing the way for the fulfilling of his covenants, which he hath made to his people who are of the house of Israel.”
The story has more pieces described in 3 Nephi 20-26. My point, in case I lost it along the way, is that Christ commanded the record to include the ministration of dead saints because that is part of the work to prepare for the restoration of the House of Israel that the Father covenanted would be fulfilled in the last days.

I never noticed that.. amazing find.
I have had countless people challenge the supposition that saints will come back from the dead to testify. They find it so hard to believe. Their excuse is that there is no precedent.
My response has generally either been that there has to be a first time and no precedent is necessary, OR I have used the return of Elijah as JtheB as a precedence, but in all fairness, that is not the exact same thing.
Your find leaves people without excuse.

What would you normally call “saints who should rise from the dead and should appear unto many and should minister unto them”?
The Book of Mormon gives additional evidence of saints returning as messengers to prepare people for Christ’s coming, only they are referred to as “angels”. Perhaps a difference between the state of these angels described by Alma and those who appear later in time is that “the resurrection is not yet” when Alma is teaching about them.
“…Now is the time to repent, for the day of salvation draweth nigh; Yea, and the voice of the Lord, BY THE MOUTH OF ANGELS, doth declare it unto all nations…For behold ANGELS ARE DECLARING IT unto many at this time in our land; and this is for the purpose of preparing the hearts of the children of men to receive his word at the time of his coming in his glory…And it shall be made known unto just and holy men, BY THE MOUTH OF ANGELS, at the time of his coming…” Alma 13:21-26
“What is that thou hast testified? Hast thou seen an angel? Why do not angels appear unto us? Behold are not this people as good as thy people?” Alma 21:5
“O that I were an angel, and could have the wish of mine heart, THAT I MIGHT GO FORTH AND SPEAK WITH THE TRUMP OF GOD, WITH A VOICE TO SHAKE THE EARTH, AND CRY REPENTANCE UNTO EVERY PEOPLE! YEA, I WOULD DECLARE UNTO EVERY SOUL AS WITH THE VOICE OF THUNDER, REPENTANCE AND THE PLAN OF REDEMPTION, that they should repent and come unto our God, that there might not be more sorrow upon all the earth.” Alma 29:1-2
That sounds to me like the messengers we are now awaiting. In fact, Alma and the description of his ministry and message may accurately foreshadow the return of the servants in their ministry and message.
Unfortunately, for those who are not watching, they may respond to the news with:
“Hearken unto us, and hear ye our precept; for behold there is no God today [ministry of angels/return of the Servants], for the Lord and the Redeemer hath done his work, and he hath given his power unto men;…if they shall say there is a miracle wrought by the hand of the Lord, believe it not; for this day he is not a God of miracles; He hath done his work.” (2 Nephi 28:5-6)

A new dispensation has opened. Denver Snuffer has been called of God, given the new name of David (is the Davidic Servant Joseph smith talked about) and will reveal to us the location where the temple in Zion will be built (when the Lord directs) and restore the priesthood that the Nauvoo saints failed to complete the temple and receive. I realize you jumped to aconclusion and deemed him a false prophet, but you should rethink that. He never claimed to be a prophet, yet he has the testimony of (from) Jesus. He has seen his suffering in gethsemane (Seer), he has revealed visions of what’s to come (some symbolically) (Revelator) and has prophesied of the downfall of all corrupt religions and the need to follow simple commandments such as repent and be baptized. You can find all of this in the Restoration Scriptures currently being previewed on scriptures.info. This website includes all scripture that we know of, or that has been revealed up to this point, and any additional scripture that can be found will be added into it when it comes about. Once a group of believers vote upon it to accept it as scripture and a covenant (the new and everlasting covenant) then soon after the Lord will reveal the location where Zion will begin to be established. Spoiler alert it’s not going to be Jackson county Missouri. If the saints in Joseph’s day had fulfilled their obligations to build the temple in nauvoo, then it could have been there, but that chance was squandered when they killed Joseph and didn’t finish the temple in time.

Abinadi, here are some questions I have about the movement related to Denver Snuffer.
1) If he is a prophet, as you say, how do you distinguish which of his teachings are the message from the Lord, and which are the result of his personal conclusions based on study and research?
2) If the church in the days of Joseph was under condemnation, as I think we all agree, what point of Joseph’s ministry do you need to return to in order to be on the right track? The scriptures warn about blind seers, do you believe everything Joseph did and said publicly and privately up to the point of the martyrdom was right and true? Is it likewise possible that Denver could be inspired in some points and completely wrong in others?
3) According to D&C 101, the Lord would call a servant to redeem his vineyard. Verse 62 tells us that these things were accomplished “after many days” (in other words, it took a long time). Section 103 identifies the servant who redeems the vineyard as Joseph Smith Jr. Is the work of Denver Snuffer consistent with this prophecy?
4) While I agree the scripture project is good in that it gets people reading their scriptures this year, how do you distinguish between true scripture and the philosophies of men that are in there? Does everyone have to agree 100% in the final product before you covenant to accept them as binding on yourselves? For example, people reading this site tend to accept D&C110 as a true revelation, Denver does not. Some people in the Denver movement love the new Gospel of John, but some people feel it is off base. What is the consequence of accepting by covenant the result of a committee that may still have errors, despite the best intentions of all involved?
5) The Book of Mormon doesn’t speak well of lawyers. That in itself isn’t a reason to disbelieve Denver, but more a warning to be careful. We have lawyers in high levels of the church and political government and neither seems to be getting us closer to Zion. What makes Denver different, apart from his claim of talking to Christ? Does his testimony rest primarily on that claim, or are his teachings also witnessed by the written scriptures and the testimony of the Holy Ghost? Lawyers are trained to talk in a way that leads their audience to a conclusion at the same time they can deny using the words that most people would say they meant. You demonstrated this by saying Denver never claims to be a prophet, but those who follow his teachings believe the evidence of his experience and teaching makes the point obvious that he is a prophet.
